THE ELITE POSING PROGRAM

With over 40 years of experience at the highest levels in fitness and professional physique competition, Lion Bodybuilding Elite Posing programs are extensively and meticulously designed to confidently, elegantly and intelligently showcase your hard-earned physique in the best most professional manner possible.

This program is proudly led by Mr. Olympia, master coach and posing legend Samir Bannout who has over 40 years of experience in the pro fitness industry and is one of the few coaches on earth teaching the truly lost art of posing. With our hand-selected, educated, and experienced coaching team, we specialize in guiding men and women of all bodybuilding categories in the IFBB Pro League and the NPC all over the world. Our team continuously works on improving and refining our knowledge and strategies to pass this knowledge along to our athletes and be among the best in the world and nothing less.

PROGRAM SPECIFICATIONS: (1 on 1)

Detailed instruction, strategy, and custom manipulation (to your physique) of the mandatory comparison poses in the “quarter turns” as required by judging.

Specialized instruction on how to properly control specific muscles to best show all details and aesthetics in the physique as well as exercises to learn muscular “posing endurance.”

Review and assessment of the physique to highlight strengths, show balance, and conceal weaknesses.

The choreography of individual posing routines for free posing sessions is required by the judges including music selection for the best and most honest individual expression of the athlete.

Review and practice of all necessary stage and back-stage etiquette and procedures.

Learning to have fun and express oneself as an artist on stage! This is especially important to us as this artistic portion of the competition is a major part of what we love and represent in this sport.
