VIRTUAL/IN PERSON SEMINAR CLASSROM EXPERIENCE

Whether you are a first-time competitor or a seasoned IFBB pro at the highest level, Lion Bodybuilding Elite Posing programs are meticulously designed to confidently, elegantly, and intelligently showcase your hard-earned physique in the most professional manner possible.

With competitors and serious bodybuilding enthusiasts all over the world, our virtual class setting will allow students to learn and interact directly with Mr. Olympia and posing legend Samir Bannout and the Lion Bodybuilding team from the comfort of their home.

We specialize in guiding men and women of all bodybuilding categories in the IFBB Pro League and the NPC all over the world. Our team continuously works on improving and refining our knowledge and strategies to pass this knowledge along to our athletes and be among the best in the world and nothing less.

PROGRAM SPECIFICATIONS (Virtual 10 – 20 students):

Detailed instruction, strategy, and custom manipulation of the mandatory comparison pose in the “quarter turns” as required by judging.

Specialized instruction on how to properly control specific muscles to best show all details and aesthetics in the physique as well as exercises to learn muscular “posing endurance.”

Timed individual review and assessment of student’s physique to highlight strengths, show balance and conceal weaknesses.

Choreography and posing routines strategy for the free posing round required by the judges including discussion of music selection.

Review and practice of all necessary stage and back-stage etiquette and procedures.

Learning to have fun and express oneself as an artist on stage! This is particularly important to us as this (artistic) portion of the competition is a major part of what we love and represent in this sport.
